BREAKING NEWS: JUDGEMENT DELIVERED BY THE COURT OF APPEAL, ASABA TODAY IN THE CASE OF OLUKUNLE OGHENEOVO EDUN ESQ. V. THE GOVERNOR OF DELTA & 2 ORS.

The court of Appeal sitting at Asaba has just affirmed the judgements of the High court, Ughelli declaring that the Delta State Government lacks the power to authorize and demand for the payment of levy and issuance of Road Worthiness Certificate in respect of private vehicles. A cost of N200,000 was awarded against the Appellants.
